We have had an incredible head-start by bagging the first four projects in each of these services shortly after their launch which in itself speaks volumes about the trust our clients hold for us.Owing to our tech prowess and the digital excellence we constantly strive to achieve, this year, we reserved a space in ContractIQ\u2019s<\/a> list of Dallas Top 10 App Developers<\/a>, for which we have also been rewarded with the ContractIQ badge. Meanwhile, Mr. Aromal Rajagopal<\/strong> (CEO, Carmatec IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd) has been awarded the Indian Leadership Award for Industrial Development by the All India Achievers\u2019 Foundation.<\/p>\n We entered into success-critical strategic partnerships with Redington<\/strong> en Marketo<\/strong> that helped us fortify our brand\u2019s presence for the new service domains.Giving back to the society and environment has very much been on top of our agenda and 2016 has therefore, been an important year in this regard. Because it is in 2016 that we have finally launched \u2018Silver Lining<\/strong>\u2019 \u2013 our CSR initiative and \u2018Seeds of Wellbeing<\/strong>\u2019 \u2013 a venture supporting a majority of our CSR activities.<\/p>\n In terms of our team-size, we witnessed significant expansion in our Sales team based in Qatar and the mobile development team at the development center located in Bangalore, India.Not only did we bagged a record number of projects in 2016, we equally efficiently rolled out over 45 projects of varying complexity in this calendar year. The applications we launched this year spanned across the industries such as Education-IOT, Banking, E-learning, Ads Listing, Job\/Employment Portals, Accounting and business listing for Fast Food Segment. Besides these, we also extensively worked on various E-commerce<\/a> and Social Networking Platforms.<\/p>\n While a technology-focused organization known for a diligent work-force, Carmatec left no stone unturned to engage its teams in fun activities as well. This helped strike a balance between work and fun and keep everyone involved and enthusiastic about the common growth objectives. So, we celebrated the spirit of \u2018Unity in Diversity\u2019 through various Cultural events bringing together our multicultural teams through collaborative participation. Apart from these, the organization held multiple exciting activities including Women\u2019s Day and the sporting events such as Carmatec Cricket League, Carmatec Carom Competition that helped garner employee engagement.<\/p>\n So, in the retrospect, 2016 has been a year of achievements that has marked continuation of the winning streak, Carmatec<\/a><\/strong> has been on, for the past few years.
